Photos for the Website

We still could do with a few new ones! Please encourage parents, coaches and managers to take appropriate digital photos and email them to us Close up action photos showing one or two players only are best. We also need the name(s) of the player(s) involved for our caption. Head and shoulder photos of players who have just completed honours board performances or been named players of the day are also good. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that all photos will be used but I can guarantee that the more people we have submitting photos the better our web-site will look!

Results

I sent out instructions last week. I hope that you all managed to follow these ok. If you have any queries re submitting scores then contact Craig Sorensen craig@tccl.co.nz

Can all schools or sports clubs ensure that each team coach or manager knows that results must be submitted via the website or to Craig by 5 PM on the Monday following the game and that both teams are responsible for submitting results.

You don't get points if the results are not submitted.

Below is the dates for this terms pool play and finals. All teams play in the Semi-finals round but only the top two teams of Senior and Junior primary will play in the finals week.

Cancellations

If games need to be cancelled because of the weather it will be notified on the website by 7.45 am. This is the first and most reliable notice. Cancellations will also be notified on the Newstalk ZB and Energy FM radio stations at around 8.00 am.
