Thinking Maps
The use of Thinking Maps (TMs) is linked in with our Habits of Mind.  Alongside the 'Habits of Mind' development we teach strategies which enable the pupils to work and manage their tasks at a higher level.  The maps are a set of graphic organisers based on fundamental thinking processes.  They are excellent visual tools in teaching pupils how:

* to think and in providing them with strategies

* to organise the way they think

* to develop detail and depth in their thinking processes
